PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy-conscious software by design

AZinvent respects user privacy and designs its software so that users’ content and locally processed information are not sent to or collected by AZinvent.

Most AZinvent products operate without transmitting user data to AZinvent. When a product requires additional technical or licensing information for a specific function, those details are disclosed in its product-specific privacy policy.

General privacy principles

AZinvent does not collect user content — users’ text, audio, images, files, settings, and other locally processed content are not sent to AZinvent.

No AZinvent account generally required — AZinvent products are designed to work without requiring users to create an AZinvent account.

Local data stays with the user — information stored or processed locally on a device, browser, or WordPress site is not sent to AZinvent unless a specific feature clearly says otherwise.

Specific products may need additional disclosures — If a product uses features, technologies, or services that require additional privacy information, those details are provided in the product-specific privacy policy.

OUR GENERAL PRIVACY PRINCIPLE

AZinvent does not collect user content

AZinvent software is designed so that users’ content, files, settings, audio, images, text, and other locally processed information are not sent to or collected by AZinvent.

AZ TickerJump, AZ Radial Image Ring Gallery for Elementor, and AZ Ajax Universal Listing do not transmit user data to AZinvent.

AZ Weak Voice uses limited technical and licensing data for specific functions such as trial activation, purchase verification, and purchase restoration. It does not send users’ communication content or Personal Voice content to AZinvent. These limited exceptions are described in detail in the AZ Weak Voice Privacy Policy.

User content is not collected

AZinvent does not receive users’ communication content, locally stored files, images, website content, notes, settings, or other information simply because an AZinvent product processes or displays it.

No sale, rental, or sharing of personal data

AZinvent does not sell, rent, or share users’ personal information through its software products.

No AZinvent account generally required

AZinvent products are generally designed to work without requiring users to create an AZinvent account or provide personal information directly to AZinvent.

Specific products may need additional disclosures

If a product uses features, technologies, or services that require additional privacy information, those details are provided in the product-specific privacy policy.

LOCAL DATA AND SETTINGS

Locally stored data stays with the user

Some AZinvent products store settings, preferences, configuration information, downloaded resources, notes, content, or other information locally on the user’s device, browser, or WordPress website.

Local storage does not mean AZinvent receives that information. Unless a product-specific feature explicitly says otherwise, locally stored or processed data is not transmitted to AZinvent.

Examples of local information

✓ App or extension settings
✓ Notes and watchlists
✓ WordPress content and configuration
✓ Images, captions, and links
✓ Downloaded models or resources
✓ User-created text, audio, or other content

Local storage and AZinvent collection are different. Information stored or processed locally remains on the user’s own device, browser, or website and is not sent to AZinvent.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND WEBSITES

External services operate under their own privacy practices

AZinvent products may interact with or help users access third-party websites, operating-system services, app stores, browsers, software marketplaces, hosting providers, or other external services.

Those services operate independently from AZinvent and may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Examples include

✓ Google Play and Android services
✓ Chrome and browser services
✓ WordPress.org and WordPress hosting environments
✓ Websites opened through TickerJump
✓ External download or hosting services

AZinvent does not control third-party privacy practices. Users should review the privacy information of those services when appropriate.

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC PRIVACY POLICIES

Specific product policies provide additional detail when needed

Certain products may require extra privacy information because of the particular features or technologies they use.

When a product-specific privacy policy exists, it should be read together with this general policy. If the two differ on a matter relating to that product, the product-specific policy applies.

Why separate policies?

A dedicated privacy policy makes it possible to explain product-specific behavior in enough detail without making the general AZinvent policy unnecessarily complicated.

Platform-specific behavior

Optional features

Licensing or purchase-related functions

User-controlled diagnostics or support features
